Buena Suerte tees into Cobalt Road (a dirt road). Turn left on Cobalt. Please note that the very first part of Cobalt is rough and a bit steep, but completely passable with even two-wheel-drive cars by driving slowly.Take Cobalt 1.2 miles west until it ends at Acoma Trail. Directly ahead of this intersection is the start of a dirt easement road that leads into a private community called Rock Reach (note name on large rock) where the home is located. - **Noise**: <p>Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.</p>
- **Privacy**: <p>During your stay, staff may occasionally access the property for scheduled landscaping, routine maintenance, cleaning, repairs, inspections, and pool or hot tub servicing. <br><br>Please expect pool maintenance to be on the property on Tuesdays and Fridays to clean, inspect and service the hot tub or pool. They will not approach the house, just check on your water amenity.<br><br>The local electric utility, Southern California Edison (SCE), also conducts routine inspections for power poles and lines. SCE may be flying drones and possibly helicopters around the area during this time. You may hear or see trucks and aircraft during the day. </p>

- **Amenity notice**: <p><strong>Before Using the Pool &amp; Hot Tub</strong><br>Important notice for guests: Rinsing off before you go to the pool and hot tub could help us clear the water of impurities for you and your crew. Also, don't forget to shower thoroughly using soap and shampoo after using the pool and hot tub, in order to wash off any chemical residue.<br><br>Maintenance: The pool and hot tub at this location receive weekly maintenance to ensure they remain clean and healthy. This includes chemical balancing (chlorine/bromine and other chemicals), skimming, vacuuming, and tub brushing &amp; filter cleaning as required.<br><br>Safety: There is no lifeguard on duty, so kindly refrain from jumping, diving, running or rough play near the pool and hot tub area, and supervise children and non-swimmers at all times. For safety, do not use glass anywhere near the pool and hot tub. Plastic cups are provided in the kitchen for use outdoors. <br><br><strong>Before Using the Thermostats</strong><br>When air units are on, please keep doors and windows closed so the air units don’t break. If you’d like windows or doors open, turn off the thermostat to prevent the unit from breaking.<br><br><strong>Before Using the Fire Pit &amp; Fireplace</strong></p><p>Propane fire pits and fireplaces are designed exclusively for use with propane fuel. Burning wood or any other materials is strictly prohibited, in accordance with county regulations and to protect the integrity of these custom fixtures. If any combustible materials are used, a minimum fee of $500 will apply.</p>
- **Trails**: <p>Although the house is located on a dirt road, a four-wheel-drive vehicle is not required. Drive slowly and watch out for ruts on the road, especially after rain.<br><br>The home is located in a private community called Rock Reach. Please note that you may only drive along the route from Cobalt Road to the house. You may not drive any further into Rock Reach, though walking is permitted. It is critical to drive slowly within Rock Reach as the narrow route is shared with other cars, walkers, dogs, and horses.</p>
- **Pool heating**: <p>The pool is open for heating at no cost from May to September. It can be heated at an additional fee of $200 per night on October and April, and $300 per night on March and from November to February. <br><br>Please contact the Concierge team at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay. The heater may only be powered on once during your trip, and the maximum temperature would be around 85 °F.</p>

- **House and community rules**: <p><strong>Parties &amp; Events</strong></p><p>Hosting parties and events is strictly not allowed without prior approval. <br><br><strong>No Commercial Photography &amp; Filming</strong><br>Unauthorized commercial photography or filming is not permitted.<br><br><strong>Prohibited Items</strong></p><p>Firearms, wax candles, and drones are not allowed on the property to respect neighbors and the fragile nature of the desert ecosystem.<br><br><strong>Power Outages</strong></p><p>Due to the rural nature of the High Desert, occasional power outages may occur. You will promptly be informed of any planned service interruptions. Please note that refunds or discounts will not be issued for unplanned power outages. <br><br>During a power outage, a backup generator can be activated and emergency flashlights are provided.<br><br><strong>Check-In &amp; Checkout Policy</strong></p><p>Guest access begins at 4 PM on check-in day and ends at 11 AM on check-out day, unless approved in writing in advance. Check-in after 9 PM is not allowed without prior approval. Unauthorized early arrivals or late check-outs will incur a fee of 50% of the nightly rate.<br><br><strong>Maximum Occupancy</strong><br>The number of people on the property may not exceed the number of guests in your reservation confirmation plus two (regardless of whether they are staying the night or just visiting). Additional guest fees starting at $65 per person per night will apply for any unauthorized persons.<br><br><strong>Recreational Vehicles &amp; Accommodation</strong></p><p>Recreational vehicles, motorcycles, camping, or other overnight accommodations outside the property are not allowed. Violations of this policy will result in termination of the reservation with no refund.<br><br><strong>Trespassing</strong></p><p>You are free to walk around on our 2.5-acre parcel, but it is critically important that you do not hike on the surrounding private properties.</p>
