Please contact Concierge for any issues.</p><p><br><strong>Before Using the Thermostat</strong><br>When air units are on, please keep doors and windows closed so the air units don’t break. If you’d like windows or doors open, turn off the thermostat to prevent the unit from breaking.<br><br><strong>Before Using the Hot Tub</strong><br><u>Important notice for guests:</u><strong> </strong>Rinsing off before you go to the hot tub could help us clear the water of impurities for you and your crew. Also, don't forget to shower thoroughly using soap and shampoo after using the hot tub, in order to wash off any chemical residue.<br><br></p><p><u>Hot tub maintenance: </u>We regularly service the hot tub's water every Wednesday between 10AM - 1PM to ensure it remains clean and healthy. This includes chemical balancing (chlorine/bromine and other chemicals), skimming, vacuuming, and tub brushing &amp; filter cleaning as required. <br><br>The service takes place between 11 AM and 3 PM. The technician won’t need access to the main house, but the hot tub is located near a door or window, so please be aware of that during the service window.</p><p></p><p><strong>Mid-Stay Hot Tub Cleaning</strong></p><p></p><p>For guests staying multiple nights, we offer an optional mid-stay hot tub cleaning service for an additional $60.</p><p></p><p>If you’d like to schedule this during your stay, please contact our concierge team to arrange the preferred date and time.</p>
