- **Weather**:

The property is in a remote location, and you'll be traveling on mountain roads to get there. The roads are paved, but it's important to have a 4x4 all-wheel-drive vehicle in the winter since it can get slippery. Please make sure your car, or the rental you choose, is equipped accordingly.

- **Pets allowed**:

This is a pet-friendly home. To adhere to the "Good Neighbor Policy," please remember to keep your dogs on a leash when outdoors, and don't forget to clean up their waste. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities.

- **Privacy**:

To maintain the hot tub, a spa technician will swing by the property every Wednesday between 10AM - 1PM. They should not disturb your stay or privacy.

- **Cell service**:

There is poor cell coverage in the area. We recommend taking note of the WiFi password and access code beforehand, which is available on the “Trips” tab in the Wander app. Cell network strength can vary by topology, time of day, weather, and whether you’re located inside or outside of a vehicle or house.

Before Using the Hot Tub
Important notice for guests: Rinsing off before you go to the hot tub could help us clear the water of impurities for you and your crew. Also, don't forget to shower thoroughly using soap and shampoo after using the hot tub, in order to wash off any chemical residue.

Hot tub maintenance: We regularly service the hot tub's water every Wednesday between 10AM - 1PM to ensure it remains clean and healthy. This includes chemical balancing (chlorine/bromine and other chemicals), skimming, vacuuming, and tub brushing & filter cleaning as required.

The service takes place between 11 AM and 3 PM. The technician won’t need access to the main house, but the hot tub is located near a door or window, so please be aware of that during the service window.
