Shipping Items to the House
Can I ship some gear to the house before my stay? Absolutely! However, please note that deliveries are at your own discretion; Wander will not be held liable for lost, stolen, or tampered items or packages.
IMPORTANT: Please ensure that delivery will fall during your stay dates in order to prevent disturbing the guests at the house before and after your trip. Should your package arrive on a day that doesn’t fall during your trip, a $50 fee will be charged for our runner's fee.

Quiet hours start at 9 PM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.
- **Equipment rental**:Guests have the option to rent and enjoy a 36' Fjord boat at a discounted rate from Deluxe Private Boats, accommodating up to 12 people. The rental includes lunch and drinks for a luxurious experience on the water.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

If you reuse towels, in addition to decreasing water and energy consumption, you help us reduce the amount of detergent and water waste that must be recycled within our community. Leave the towels hanging if you would like to reuse them, or leave them on the floor if they need to be washed.
Cozumel’s inhabitants have been practicing water-saving habits for many years. We hope you will do the same during your stay.
Before Using the Pool
Important notice for guests: Rinsing off before you go to the pool could help us clear the water of impurities for you and your crew. Also, don't forget to shower thoroughly using soap and shampoo after using the pool in order to wash off any chemical residue. Infants must wear a swim diaper under a bathing suit — regular or loose diapers can come off and cause damage to the drainage system.
Maintenance: The pool at this location receives weekly maintenance to ensure they remain clean and healthy. This includes chemical balancing (chlorine/bromine and other chemicals), skimming, vacuuming, and tub brushing & filter cleaning as required.
Before Using the Thermostats
When air units are on, please keep doors and windows closed so the air units don’t break. If you’d like windows or doors open, turn off the thermostat to prevent the unit from breaking.
Swimming Risk
Please be careful and do not swim very far out of your pier. The currents may change further out. On the east side of the island, in particular, the undertow is very strong, so staying close to the shore is recommended. If buoys are present, please swim within the boundaries.
Boats and jet skis are also on the water, so please be very careful.
Fire Risk
Bonfires are not allowed on the beach and are extremely dangerous. If you see a bonfire on the beach, kindly reach out to the staff to alert the fire department.
Vehicle Risk
It is recommended to avoid renting a moped due to the high rate of accidents and related injuries on the island.
Medical Emergencies
Clinica San Miguel is located on the 6 North, between 5th and 10th Ave. They always have English-speaking doctors in-house, and can provide consultation for about $50 US.
This home features a stunning private pool and beachfront access, but please note that the pool is not heated.

No clothing or towels should be hung or aired on a clothesline.
Do not sit on the sofa with wet swimwear on, hair dye, or temporary tattoos. Take care to avoid leaving spills or markings, as it is usually difficult to clean.
