Perched on stunning cliffs, the views are spectacular but it is dangerous for kids or pets left unattended. Please take caution and be aware.

Off Limits
The stairs leading to the cliffside and the outdoor firewood are not to be used for safety reasons. The bunkhouse storage outside is also off-limits as it contains owner-only items.
Before Using the Air Units
When air units are on, please keep doors and windows closed so the air units don’t break. If you’d like windows or doors open, turn off the thermostat to prevent the unit from breaking.
Before Using the Hot Tub
Important notice for guests: Rinsing off before you go to the hot tub could help us clear the water of impurities for you and your crew. Also, don't forget to shower thoroughly using soap and shampoo after using the hot tub, in order to wash off any chemical residue. Infants must wear a swim diaper under a bathing suit—regular or loose diapers can come off and cause damage to the pool system.
Maintenance: The hot tub at this location receives weekly maintenance to ensure it remains clean and healthy. This includes chemical balancing (chlorine/bromine and other chemicals), skimming, vacuuming, and tub brushing & filter cleaning as required.
Before Using the Toilet
Please do not flush products other than toilet paper down the toilet (not even 'flushable' items).
The best way to get to this Wander home is via Kenmore Air plane service (link here) or the ~1-hour relaxing ferry ride to the island (link here). Note that the ferry takes vehicles but does book up quickly, so please make sure to have tickets for your arrival and departure weeks in advance.

Many homes in this climate are built without air conditioning, including this property. We provide fans that can be used to stay cool and comfortable, as well as electric heaters to stay warm.
- **Wildfire warning**:Please note that wood fires are not permitted on San Juan Island. Guests are welcome to use the gas fire pit provided at the property — one propane tank is included per stay. Thank you for helping us follow local fire safety regulations and protect the surrounding environment.
- **Occupancy notice**:This home accommodates a maximum of four guests. Please ensure the total number of occupants, including adults and children, does not exceed this limit to avoid cancellation of the reservation or additional fees. Infants under two years of age are not counted toward the maximum occupancy.
