IMPORTANT: Please ensure that delivery will fall during your stay dates in order to prevent disturbing the guests at the house before and after your trip. Should your package arrive on a day that doesn’t fall during your trip, a $50 fee will be charged for our runner's fee.

- **Noise**:

We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

- **Privacy**:

The pool and hot tub are serviced on Tuesdays and Fridays. Lawn care is also scheduled for Fridays. Maintenance staff may be present on the property briefly during these times. They are there solely for routine upkeep and will not interrupt or disturb your stay.

- **Accessibility**:

Please be aware that there is a single step up at most entry doors to the house. Inside, there is a small step between the kitchen and dining room, as well as a step into the kids’ room. The driveway is gravel, which may be uneven underfoot.

- **Occupancy notice**:

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

Before Using the Pool
Important notice for guests: Rinsing off before you go to the pool and spa could help us clear the water of impurities for you and your crew. Also, don't forget to shower thoroughly using soap and shampoo after using the pool/spa in order to wash off any chemical residue. Infants must wear a swim diaper under a bathing suit — regular or loose diapers can come off and cause damage to the drainage system.

Maintenance: The pool and spa at this location receive weekly maintenance to ensure they remain clean and healthy. This includes chemical balancing (chlorine/bromine and other chemicals), skimming, vacuuming, and tub brushing & filter cleaning as required.

Before Using the Thermostats
When air units are on, please keep doors and windows closed so the air units don’t break. If you’d like windows or doors open, turn off the thermostat to prevent the unit from breaking.

Before Using the Shades
It is important to only use the remotes to operate the shades, as pulling on them can cause them to break; please contact Concierge for any issues.

Household Essentials
The home is stocked with non-toxic laundry, kitchen, and bath products for your use. All mattresses, linens, and towels are organic to ensure a comfortable and eco-conscious stay.

Please note that there is NO microwave. However, the kitchen includes an oven, toaster oven, and toaster for meal preparation.

- **Pool heating**:

The pool is available year-round, and there is no extra fee for pool heating. Please contact the Concierge team at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay.

- **No smoking**:

Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.
