Shipping some gear to the house? Absolutely! However, please note that deliveries are at your own discretion; Wander will not be held liable for lost, stolen, or tampered items or packages.
Important: Please ensure that delivery will fall during your stay dates in order to prevent disturbing the guests at the house before and after your trip. Should your package arrive on a day that doesn’t fall during your trip, a $50 fee will be charged for our runner's fee.

This Wander is located next to a main road, so you may hear road noise throughout the day, especially during the peak tourist season.

- **Occupancy notice**: This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional charges. - **Amenity notice**:Before Using the Pool
We regularly service the pool's water between guests' turnovers to ensure it remains clean and healthy. This includes chemical balancing (chlorine/bromine and other chemicals), skimming, vacuuming, and brushing & filter cleaning as required.
Important notice for guests: Rinsing off before you go to the pool could help us clear the water of impurities for you and your crew. Also, don't forget to shower thoroughly using soap and shampoo after to wash off any chemical residue.
Before Using the Thermostat
When air units are on, please keep doors and windows closed so the air units don’t break. If you’d like windows or doors open, turn off the thermostat to prevent the unit from breaking.
BBQ Area
Please note that the BBQ grill at the home is smaller in size. It works well for preparing simple meals, but may require additional time if you’re cooking for a larger group.
Cooking Materials
The kitchen is equipped with a limited selection of pots and pans, which may not be suitable for extensive cooking.
Since tides affect swimming, fishing, and beachcombing, it’s always best to check the tide schedule before heading out.

To keep everything in great condition for our guests, the pool is serviced weekly on Mondays between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM.
Yard and landscaping maintenance takes place weekly on Saturdays during daytime hours.
Our service providers aim to be as quick and unobtrusive as possible while on site. We appreciate your understanding as we maintain the home for everyone's enjoyment.
This is a pet-friendly home. To adhere to the "Good Neighbor Policy," please remember to keep your dogs on a leash when outdoors, and don't forget to clean up their waste. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities.
