This is a natural and seasonal occurrence, and while every effort is being made to minimize their presence—including regular check-ups and inspections from pest control services—it is ultimately part of the area’s natural ecosystem. Please keep windows and doors closed when possible and use insect repellent when spending extended time outdoors.

We take great care to keep the home clean and well-maintained, and every effort is made to minimize the presence of insects through bimonthly treatments and thorough cleanings before each guest's stay.

To help maintain the quality of your stay, we kindly ask that guests keep doors and windows closed when not in use, as leaving them open can increase the likelihood of bugs entering the home.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

The pool area is visible to neighboring homes, so full privacy cannot be guaranteed. Please keep this in mind when using outdoor spaces.

Before Using the Pool & Hot Tub
Important notice for guests: Rinsing off before you go to the pool/hot tub could help us clear the water of impurities for you and your crew. Also, don't forget to shower thoroughly using soap and shampoo after using the pool/hot tub, in order to wash off any chemical residue.

Maintenance: The pool is serviced on Thursdays to ensure it remains clean and healthy. This includes chemical balancing (chlorine/bromine and other chemicals), skimming, vacuuming, and filter cleaning as required.

Before Using the Thermostats
When air units are on, please keep doors and windows closed so the air units don’t break. If you’d like windows or doors open, turn off the thermostat to prevent the unit from breaking.

Before Using the Toilet
Please do not flush products other than toilet paper down the toilet (not even 'flushable' items).

Wine Fridge – Not Operational
The wine fridge in the bar area is not operational.

Paddle Boat – Not for Guest Use
The paddle boat is NOT suitable for guest use. To help prevent standing water and reduce mosquito activity (particularly after recent rainfall), it has been safely turned over.

This Wander is located close to the lake, which is directly accessible via the backyard. The height of the lake may vary depending on the rain levels. Please approach the lake with caution and supervise children at all times.

- **Pool heating**:

The pool is open for heating year-round at an additional fee of $150 per day. Please contact the Concierge team at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay.

- **No smoking**:

Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.

- **Pets allowed**:

This is a pet-friendly home. To adhere to the "Good Neighbor Policy," please remember to keep your dogs on a leash when outdoors, and don't forget to clean up their waste. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities.
