Can I ship some gear to the house before my stay? Absolutely! However, please note that deliveries are at your own discretion; Wander will not be held liable for lost, stolen, or tampered items or packages.
IMPORTANT: Please ensure that delivery will fall during your stay dates in order to prevent disturbing the guests at the house before and after your trip. Should your package arrive on a day that doesn’t fall during your trip, a $50 fee will be charged for our runner's fee.

Please do not flush products other than toilet paper down the toilet (not even 'flushable' items).
Before Using the Hot Tub
Important notice for guests: Rinsing off before you go to the hot tub could help us clear the water of impurities for you and your crew. Also, don't forget to shower thoroughly using soap and shampoo after using the hot tub, in order to wash off any chemical residue.
Maintenance: The hot tub at this location receive weekly maintenance to ensure it remain clean and healthy. This includes chemical balancing (chlorine/bromine and other chemicals), skimming, vacuuming, and tub brushing & filter cleaning as required.
Before Using the Thermostat
When air units are on, please keep doors and windows closed so the air units don’t break. If you’d like windows or doors open, turn off the thermostat to prevent the unit from breaking.
Before Using the Shades
It is important to only use smart home controls in the app or the remote to operate the shades, as pulling on them can cause them to break. Please contact Concierge for any issues.
Fireplace & Fire Pits
The living room fireplace is currently out of operation, but you may use the fire pit at the property. Please note that firewood and fire starters are not provided.
