Shipping some gear to the house? Absolutely! However, please note that deliveries are at your own discretion; Wander will not be held liable for lost, stolen, or tampered items or packages.
Important: Please ensure that delivery will fall during your stay dates in order to prevent disturbing the guests at the house before and after your trip. Should your package arrive on a day that doesn’t fall during your trip, a $50 fee will be charged for our runner's fee.

Before Using the Hot Tub
Important notice for guests: Rinsing off before you go to the hot tub could help us clear the water of impurities for you and your crew. Also, don't forget to shower thoroughly using soap and shampoo after using the hot tub in order to wash off any chemical residue.
Maintenance: The hot tub at this location receives weekly maintenance to ensure they remain clean and healthy. This includes chemical balancing (chlorine/bromine and other chemicals), skimming, vacuuming, and tub brushing & filter cleaning as required.
Before Using the Shades
It is important to only use the smart controls or wall switch to operate the shades, as pulling on them can cause them to break; please contact Concierge for any issues.
This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.
- **No smoking**:Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.
- **Trails**:The exterior private stairway from the home leads directly to the sandy beach. Enjoy!
- **Smart home**:There is state-of-the-art technology throughout the home, which you will need to control from the smart hub tablet. Our Wander Concierge will support over text, but if you are not comfortable using tech - it may not be an enjoyable experience.
