- **Accessibility**:Although the property comes with an elevator, it is currently out of order and strictly not for guests' use. Guests with mobility issues may have trouble accessing other levels.
- **Occupancy notice**:This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

Important notice for guests: Rinsing off before you go to the pool and hot tub could help us clear the water of impurities for you and your crew. Also, don't forget to shower thoroughly using soap and shampoo after using the pool or hot tub, in order to wash off any chemical residue.
Maintenance: We regularly service the pool and hot tub's water between guests' turnovers to ensure it remains clean and healthy. This includes chemical balancing (chlorine/bromine and other chemicals), skimming, vacuuming, and tub brushing & filter cleaning as required.
Before Using the Thermostat
When air units are on, please keep doors and windows closed so the air units don’t break. If you’d like windows or doors open, turn off the thermostat to prevent the unit from breaking.

Please note that the patio doors on the lower level are connected to the pool safety alarm system. If the doors are left open, an alarm will sound. To prevent the alarm from triggering, the patio doors should remain closed when not actively entering or exiting.
This system is required for pool safety compliance and cannot be disabled. We recommend closing the doors after passing through so you can comfortably enjoy the outdoor patio area.
This is a pet-friendly home. To adhere to the "Good Neighbor Policy," please remember to keep your dogs on a leash when outdoors, and don't forget to clean up their waste. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities.
