Before Using the Hot Tub & Pool
Important notice for guests: Rinsing off before you go to the hot tub or pool could help us clear the water of impurities for you and your crew. Also, don't forget to shower thoroughly using soap and shampoo after using the hot tub or pool, in order to wash off any chemical residue.

Maintenance: The hot tub and pool at this location receive weekly maintenance on Tuesdays and Fridays to ensure they remain clean and healthy. This includes chemical balancing (chlorine/bromine and other chemicals), skimming, vacuuming, and tub brushing & filter cleaning as required.

Before Using the Shades
It is important to only use the remotes to operate the automatic shades, as pulling on them can cause them to break.

- **Noise**:

Please note that this home is located directly under a flight path, and airplane noise may be noticeable at times. If you're sensitive to sound or seeking complete quiet, this may be an important factor to consider before booking.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Please note that amplified outdoor sound, including music, outdoor speakers, and TVs, is prohibited and must not be audible at the property line. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors.

As part of the Miralon community, you'll enjoy access to miles of walking and biking trails, a large lap pool, a resort-style area with a family pool and hot tub, bocce ball courts, and a state-of-the-art workout facility in the community center on the way to the home. Remember to bring your keycard, located on the table to the left of the main entrance!

All rentals in the Miralon community are required to follow the Community Guidelines linked here. You may refer to this document as the basis for restrictions on pets, vehicles, and trash disposal, among others.

Occupants are subject to immediate citation and fine for creating a disturbance or violating the Vacation Rental or other regulations

- **Occupancy notice**:

You must be at least 25 years old to book at this Wander; ID verification is mandatory and a registration form must be filled out in advance of your arrival.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule of 6 people overnight and 10 people in the daytime (between 10 AM to 10 PM). Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay.

Only 3 vehicles may park at this home.

- **Pool heating**:

The pool and hot tub are available year-round and can be heated for $75 per day, or the hot tub alone for $25 per day. If you’d like to arrange heating during your stay, please contact the Concierge team and we’ll set it up for you. Both are serviced every Tuesday or Friday.
