Can I ship some gear to the house before my stay? Absolutely! However, please note that deliveries are at your own discretion; Wander will not be held liable for lost, stolen, or tampered items or packages.
IMPORTANT: Please ensure that delivery will fall during your stay dates in order to prevent disturbing the guests at the house before and after your trip. Should your package arrive on a day that doesn’t fall during your trip, a $50 fee will be charged for our runner's fee.

We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited. If this policy is violated, you risk immediate eviction.
- **Privacy**:For security purposes, this home has exterior cameras covering the front entry, garage, and pool area. These areas are visible to the system, but all cameras are outward-facing and limited to exterior spaces only — there are no interior cameras.
- **Occupancy notice**:This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional charges. Additionally, parking allowance is only for 6 vehicles maximum.
- **Amenity notice**:Master Bedroom and Bathroom Shades
The master bedroom shade was installed in an incorrect size due to a supplier issue and may look a bit unusual, but it fully provides privacy. The master bathroom has temporary paper shades for the same purpose.
Both sets of shades are already lowered and should remain down to avoid motor damage. Concierge is happy to assist if you have any questions.
Using the Fountain
To help preserve the beauty and functionality of the fountain, please do not place or throw any rocks, gravel, or objects into the water. The fountain is for visual enjoyment only, and foreign materials can cause damage or disrupt the maintenance schedule. We appreciate your help in keeping this feature in working order for all to enjoy.
Before Using the Countertops
The white marble countertops are highly porous and can stain easily, even from small spills. Please use the provided coasters and avoid placing wine glasses or bottles directly on the countertops. Red wine stains may result in additional cleaning or repair fees.
Before Using the Shades
It is important to only use the remote control or pull-chords to operate the shades, as pulling on them directly can cause them to break.
Before Using the AC
When air units are on, please keep doors and windows closed to prevent damage. If you'd like to open windows or doors, turn off the thermostat to protect the unit.
Before Using the Pool & Hot Tub
Maintenance: The pool is serviced on Thursdays to ensure it remains clean and healthy. This includes chemical balancing (chlorine/bromine and other chemicals), skimming, vacuuming, and tub brushing & filter cleaning as required.
Important notice for guests: Rinsing off before you go to the hot tub or the pool could help us clear the water of impurities for you and your crew. Also, don't forget to shower thoroughly using soap and shampoo after using the hot tub, in order to wash off any chemical residue.
This home complies with the Paradise Valley Town Code. All guests must use the property only for standard residential purposes and follow local regulations throughout their stay. A full HOA agreement will be sent for review before your arrival. Certain uses are prohibited by town law, and violations may result in fines of a minimum of $500.00.
As required, the owner completes a pre-arrival background check for all guests.
The pool is available year-round. There is a $250/day fee for pool heating at this home. Please contact the Concierge team at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay.
- **Pets allowed**:This is a pet-friendly home. To adhere to the "Good Neighbor Policy," please remember to keep your dogs on a leash when outdoors, and don't forget to clean up their waste. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities.
