However, please note that deliveries are at your own discretion; Wander will not be held liable for lost, stolen, or tampered items or packages. Please keep in mind that this property has no doorbell, so you may need to coordinate with the delivery personnel.

IMPORTANT: Please ensure that delivery will fall during your stay dates in order to prevent disturbing the guests at the house before and after your trip. Should your package arrive on a day that doesn’t fall during your trip, a $50 fee will be charged for our runner's fee.

Landscaping

Landscapers typically perform lawn care on the entire property on Tuesday mornings at around 7:30 AM. The schedule is subject to change. Please contact Concierge prior to arrival if this is a concern.

Parking Lot

There is a landscaping company that also uses the parking lot. They pick up their trucks every morning, and return them in the afternoon, so you may see them coming and going.

This Wander is a single-storey home with no stairs.

- **Occupancy notice**:

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

No outside guests or pets are allowed in the home without prior approval. Any changes with the guest or pet count must be approved and adjusted in the reservation. Please let Concierge know about any changes before check-in immediately.

- **Amenity notice**:

Before Using the Pool
Important notice for guests: Rinsing off before you go to the pool could help us clear the water of impurities for you and your crew. Also, don't forget to shower thoroughly using soap and shampoo after using the pool, in order to wash off any chemical residue.

Maintenance: The pool at this location receive weekly maintenance to ensure they remain clean and healthy. This includes chemical balancing (chlorine/bromine and other chemicals), skimming, vacuuming, and tub brushing & filter cleaning as required.

Before Using the Thermostats

When air units are on, please keep doors and windows closed so the air units don’t break. If you’d like windows or doors open, turn off the thermostat to prevent the unit from breaking.

Before Using the Shades

It is important to only use the remote mounted on the wall to operate the shades, as pulling on them can cause them to break; please contact Concierge for any issues.

Fire Pit Availability

Please keep in mind that the fire pit cannot be used for most of the summer as it is prohibited to burn fire in Phoenix during this time of the year.

- **Pool heating**:

The pool temperature at this property is not adjustable, but it is heated with a solar system that makes it 5 to 10 °F warmer than an unheated pool. There is no pool heating fee.

- **No smoking**:

Smoking or vaping is only permitted outdoors.

Parties, Events, & Commercial Use

Hosting parties and events or using the property for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited without prior approval from the property owner. Additional fees apply.

Illegal activities of any kind are strictly prohibited in and around the property. Police involvement of any kind or the violation of any house and amenity rules may result in immediate eviction without refund, forfeit of any security deposits, and/or additional fines and fees.

This is a pet-friendly home. Please remember to keep your dogs on a leash when outdoors as there is a variety of wildlife in the area. Keep a very close watch on your pets outside, and don't forget to clean up their waste. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities.
