Shipping some gear to the house? Absolutely! However, please note that deliveries are at your own discretion; Wander will not be held liable for lost, stolen, or tampered items or packages.
Important: Please ensure that delivery will fall during your stay dates in order to prevent disturbing the guests at the house before and after your trip. Should your package arrive on a day that doesn’t fall during your trip, a $50 fee will be charged for our runner's fee.

We regularly perform pest control and take extra measures to prevent critters from entering our homes. Please keep doors and windows closed to keep them out.
- **Noise**:Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited and will result in a $1,000 fine if detected.
- **Privacy**:This home receives yard and landscaping maintenance once per month. Please note that maintenance crew may arrive during your stay.
- **Accessibility**:This Wander is a single-storey home with no stairs.
- **Occupancy notice**:This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.
- **Amenity notice**:Before Using the Pool
Important notice for guests: Rinsing off before you go to the pool could help us clear the water of impurities for you and your crew. Also, don't forget to shower thoroughly using soap and shampoo after using the pool, in order to wash off any chemical residue.
Maintenance: The pool receives weekly maintenance to ensure they remain clean and healthy. This includes chemical balancing (chlorine/bromine and other chemicals), skimming, vacuuming, and filter cleaning as required.
Before Using the Thermostat
When air units are on, please keep doors and windows closed so the air units don’t break. If you’d like windows or doors open, turn off the thermostat to prevent the unit from breaking.
In the summer, the AC temperature must not go below 73 °F to prevent breakage.
Before Using the Toilet
Please do not flush products other than toilet paper down the toilet (not even 'flushable' items).
Garage Availability
Please note that the garage is not available for use.
- **Pool heating**:Pool heating is available year-round at this home; the maximum temperature is 80F. There is a $200 per day fee for pool heating. Please contact the Concierge team at least 72 hours prior to arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay.
- **No smoking**:Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, and will result in a $1,000 fine if detected.
- **Pets allowed**:This is a pet-friendly home. To adhere to the "Good Neighbor Policy," please remember to keep your dogs on a leash when outdoors, and don't forget to clean up their waste. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities. Please make sure to clean up after your pets. Any leftover waste will incur a $100 fee.
