The desert is home to a variety of amazing creatures, including insects, arthopods, and other wildlife. It is incredible for those who love to nature-watch from afar, but may not be for everyone. Use caution and do not touch wildlife. Avoid leaving food outside (including residue in grills or fires), secure all garbage, and keep doors and windows closed.

- **Pest control**:

We regularly perform pest control and take extra measures to prevent critters from entering our homes. Please keep doors and windows closed to keep them out. If you find a bug on the floor, please use the broom and dustpan to simply brush away or put in the trash bin.

- **Noise**:

Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited. To align with the Sedona Dark Sky Ordinance, the firepit, grill, and outdoor lights must also not be used during quiet hours.

Before Using the Air Units
When air units are on, please keep doors and windows closed so the air units don’t break. If you’d like windows or doors open, turn off the thermostat to prevent the unit from breaking. 

Before Using the Hot Tub
Important notice for guests: Rinsing off before you go to the hot tub could help us clear the water of impurities for you and your crew. Also, don't forget to shower thoroughly using soap and shampoo after using the hot tub, in order to wash off any chemical residue. Infants must wear a swim diaper under a bathing suit—regular or loose diapers can come off and cause damage to the pool system.

Maintenance: The hot tub at this location receives weekly maintenance to ensure it remains clean and healthy. This includes chemical balancing (chlorine/bromine and other chemicals), skimming, vacuuming, and tub brushing & filter cleaning as required.

A Red Rock Pass (or America the Beautiful, Golden Age, or Golden Access pass) is required to park or recreate on National Forest land in Red Rock Country.

Display the pass in your windshield or purchase one online at recreation.gov/sitepass/74387 using your vehicle’s license plate. Vehicles without a valid pass may be cited. Quick scenic stops under 15 minutes don’t require a pass.

Noise & Dark Sky Ordinance
To protect night-sky visibility and respect our neighbors, please avoid using the fire pit, grill, outdoor lights, or sound systems after 9 PM.
