Can I ship some gear to the house before my stay? Absolutely! However, please note that deliveries are at your own discretion; Wander will not be held liable for lost, stolen, or tampered items or packages.

IMPORTANT: Please ensure that delivery will fall during your stay dates in order to prevent disturbing the guests at the house before and after your trip. Should your package arrive on a day that doesn’t fall during your trip, a $50 fee will be charged for our runner's fee.

- **Pool heating**:

The pool is available year-round, with heating available outside of the summer months at no additional cost. Please contact the Concierge team at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay.

The pool is serviced twice weekly, on Mondays and Thursdays in the morning. The pool technician does not need access to the house.

- **Occupancy notice**:

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

- **Noise**:

Noise regulations are strictly enforced, particularly during nighttime hours. Quiet hours for pools, spas, and hot tubs are from 10 PM - 8 AM. Disturbances such as loud music, shouting, or other disruptive sounds may be considered a violation if they are excessively loud, last for a prolonged period, happen late at night, or are close to neighboring homes. 

Guests may be fined for violations (with fines starting at $500), so we kindly ask that noise be kept to a reasonable level.

- **Pets allowed**:

This is a pet-friendly home. To adhere to the "Good Neighbor Policy," please remember to keep your dogs on a leash when outdoors, and don't forget to clean up their waste. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities.

- **Wildlife warning**:

Sea turtle nesting season runs from May 1 through October 31. Please observe the following guidelines at the beach from sunrise to sunset: keep outdoor lights off, dispose trash properly, fill in holes, take down erected temporary structures and sandcastles, avoid using flashlights and lanterns, do not use motorized vehicles, do not light bonfires, and avoid touching the turtles and their nests under any circumstances. 

If you find a dead or injured sea turtle, call FWC at 888-404-3922.

- **Amenity notice**:

Before Using the Pool
Important notice for guests: Rinsing off before you go to the pool could help us clear the water of impurities for you and your crew. Also, don't forget to shower thoroughly using soap and shampoo after using the pool, in order to wash off any chemical residue. Infants must wear a swim diaper under a bathing suit—regular or loose diapers can come off and cause damage to the pool system.

Maintenance: The pool at this location receives weekly maintenance to ensure it remains clean and healthy. This includes chemical balancing (chlorine/bromine and other chemicals), skimming, vacuuming, and tub brushing & filter cleaning as required.

Night Lighting
To help protect nesting turtles from May through October, please shield outdoor lighting and close curtains or blinds after dark.
