- **Pool heating**:There is a $300/week fee for pool heating at this home. Please contact the Concierge team at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay.
Please be aware that the pool is only available from January to October.
A rental form will be sent to the primary guest before check-in to gain access to the gated community of St. George Island Plantation and it's shared facilities.

This is a pet-friendly home. To adhere to the "Good Neighbor Policy," please remember to keep your dogs on a leash when outdoors, and don't forget to clean up their waste. Green flag indicates low hazard and means calm conditions, but swimmers should exercise caution.
Yellow flag indicates medium hazard and means moderate surf and/or currents.
Red flag indicates high hazard and means high surf and/or currents.
An additional red flag means the water is closed to the public.
Purple flag indicates dangerous marine life.
Shipping Items to the House
Shipping some gear to the house? Absolutely! However, please note that deliveries are at your own discretion; Wander will not be held liable for lost, stolen, or tampered items or packages.
Important: Please ensure that delivery will fall during your stay dates in order to prevent disturbing the guests at the house before and after your trip. Should your package arrive on a day that doesn’t fall during your trip, a $50 fee will be charged for our runner's fee.

Before Using the Pool & Hot Tub
Important notice for guests: Rinsing off before you go to the pool or hot tub could help us clear the water of impurities for you and your crew. Also, don't forget to shower thoroughly using soap and shampoo after using the hot tub/pool, in order to wash off any chemical residue.
Maintenance: The pool and hot tub at this location receive weekly maintenance to ensure they remain clean and healthy. This includes chemical balancing (chlorine/bromine and other chemicals), skimming, vacuuming, and brushing & filter cleaning as required.
Before Using the Thermostats
When air units are on, please keep doors and windows closed so the air units don’t break. If you’d like windows or doors open, turn off the thermostat to prevent the unit from breaking.
