Campfires are allowed on the beach, but only at locations below the average high water line and away from all structures and vegetation on and beside the shore. You can read more about the restrictions here.
- **Accessibility**: This two-level home requires stairs for second-level access. - **Privacy**: The hot tub at this location is serviced every week, scheduled every Tuesday & Saturday between 12:00 noon and 4:00 pm. Please reach out to the Concierge team for scheduling questions or concerns. - **Occupancy notice**: This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay. - **Construction notice**: This home is in a growing neighborhood. In Spring 2025, county contractors are expected to perform minimally disruptive work by the beach dunes in front of the property, so you may see or hear non-obtrusive maintenance during the day hours. - **Pets allowed**:This is a pet-friendly home. To adhere to the "Good Neighbor Policy," please remember to keep your dogs on a leash when outdoors, and don't forget to clean up their waste. It is important to only use smart home controls in the app or the remote to operate the shades, as pulling on them can cause them to break.

Before Using the Thermostat
When air units are on, please keep doors and windows closed so the air units don’t break. If you’d like windows or doors open, turn off the thermostat to prevent the unit from breaking.
Before Using the Pool & Hot Tub
Important notice for guests: Rinsing off before you go to the pool and hot tub could help us clear the water of impurities for you and your crew. Also, don't forget to shower thoroughly using soap and shampoo after using the hot tub, in order to wash off any chemical residue.
Maintenance: We regularly service the pool and hot tub's water between guests' turnovers to ensure it remains clean and healthy. This includes chemical balancing (chlorine/bromine and other chemicals), skimming, vacuuming, and tub brushing & filter cleaning as required.

- **Noise**:Wander St. George Island is located in a residential neighborhood with several full time, permanent residents. Please take note that quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM to not disturb our neighbors.
- **Pool heating**:Pool heat is currently not functional. We’re actively working to resolve this, but in the meantime, please check with Concierge prior to booking to confirm the latest status.
Please be aware that during the winter months, pool heating may take longer than usual to reach the desired temperature due to colder ambient temperatures. We recommend planning ahead to allow sufficient time for the pool to heat up. Additionally, extreme weather conditions may impact heating efficiency.
