If caught in a rip current, stay calm, call for help, and swim parallel to the shore to escape the current before heading back in.

You'll find the public beach entrances are located at the Google pin here and the Google pin here. Please note that the docks directly across the home are private and not for guest use.

Before Using the Hot Tub
Important notice for guests: Rinsing off before you go to the hot tub could help us clear the water of impurities for you and your crew. Also, don't forget to shower thoroughly using soap and shampoo after using the hot tub in order to wash off any chemical residue.

Maintenance: The hot tub at this location receive weekly maintenance to ensure they remain clean and healthy. This includes chemical balancing (chlorine/bromine and other chemicals), skimming, vacuuming, and tub brushing & filter cleaning as required.

Before Using the Thermostats
When air units are on, please keep doors and windows closed so the air units don’t break. If you’d like windows or doors open, turn off the thermostat to prevent the unit from breaking. 

Before Using the Elevator
All elevator doors must be closed before calling or selecting a floor. Children must be supervised at all times around the lift.
