Shipping some gear to the house? Absolutely! However, please note that deliveries are at your own discretion; Wander will not be held liable for lost, stolen, or tampered items or packages.
Important: Please ensure that delivery will fall during your stay dates in order to prevent disturbing the guests at the house before and after your trip. Should your package arrive on a day that doesn’t fall during your trip, a $50 fee will be charged for our runner's fee.

This property is located in a remote wilderness area. While it’s just a 12 to 15-minute drive from the highway in good weather, winter conditions can make access significantly more challenging. During the winter months, a 4WD vehicle with at least 8-10 inches of clearance is necessary for safe travel.
Please ensure that your personal vehicle, rental car, or car service meets these requirements to reach the home safely.
Please note that there is no cell service between the house and the highway. A clear signal is only available at the top and bottom of the road. We recommend planning accordingly in case of any travel delays or emergencies.

Telluride experiences snowfall for nearly half the year, with particularly heavy snowfalls from December to March. Even with daily snow plowing, guests should be prepared for possible delays in leaving the home for 24 to 48 hours during severe weather. If traveling to or from the property while snow is falling, we highly recommend carrying extra warm clothing, sufficient food and water, and a shovel in case of emergencies or getting stuck.
During severe weather, onsite support may be limited, but please know that our team is always available to assist as best as we can. To ensure a smooth arrival, we recommend saving or taking a screenshot of your access information from the "Trips" tab in the Wander app before check-in. If you need anything, don’t hesitate to reach out to the Concierge Team.

Grocery stores and other shops are 25 minutes away from Wander Telluride Ranch. Stocking up before you arrive is advised.

- **Wildfire warning**:During dry weather, several local towns may implement a burn ban. Please remain FIRE AWARE, as gusty winds and extremely dry conditions pose a heightened risk. Guests are asked to avoid lighting fireplaces until they are certain there are no active burn ban restrictions.
- **Pest control**:We regularly perform pest control and take extra measures to prevent critters from entering our homes. Please keep doors and windows closed to keep them out.
- **Wildlife warning**:Wander Telluride Ranch is located on a ranch with a lot of wildlife constantly surrounding the home. Please be especially aware of this if you're bringing dogs.
Use caution and do not touch wildlife. Avoid leaving food outside (including residue in griddle or fires), secure all garbage, and keep doors, gates, and windows closed.

Before Using the Shades
It is important to only use smart home controls in the app or the wall switches to operate the automatic shades, as pulling on them can cause them to break.

Before Using the Hot Tub
Important notice for guests: Rinsing off before you go to the hot tub could help us clear the water of impurities for you and your crew. Also, don't forget to shower thoroughly using soap and shampoo after using the hot tub, in order to wash off any chemical residue.
Hot tub maintenance: We regularly service the hot tub's water between guests' turnovers to ensure it remains clean and healthy. This includes chemical balancing (chlorine/bromine and other chemicals), skimming, vacuuming, and tub brushing & filter cleaning as required.
Notice on Garage Door
During periods of extreme cold, the garage door may require a few attempts to open or close, as low temperatures can cause it to move more slowly or momentarily stick.
