Can I ship some gear to the house before my stay? Absolutely! However, please note that deliveries are at your own discretion; Wander will not be held liable for lost, stolen, or tampered items or packages.
IMPORTANT: Please ensure that delivery will fall during your stay dates in order to prevent disturbing the guests at the house before and after your trip. Should your package arrive on a day that doesn’t fall during your trip, a $50 fee will be charged for our runner's fee.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.
- **House and community rules**:Every reservation comes with a 24-hour grace period, during which you can cancel for a full refund with no penalty.
An onsite Concierge will be available to grant you access to the home and walk you through the offerings that come with your booking like housekeeping every other day. At an additional cost, you may avail of extra cleaning services.
This is a pet-friendly home strictly for small, well-trained animals. To adhere to the "Good Neighbor Policy," please remember to keep your pets on a leash when outdoors, and don't forget to clean up their waste. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities.

When air units are on, please keep doors and windows closed so the air units don’t break. If you’d like windows or doors open, turn off the thermostat to prevent the unit from breaking.

Before Using the Pool
Important notice for guests: Rinsing off before you go to the pool could help us clear the water of impurities for you and your crew. Also, don't forget to shower thoroughly using soap and shampoo after using the pool, in order to wash off any chemical residue.
Maintenance: The pool at this location receives weekly maintenance to ensure they remain clean and healthy. This includes chemical balancing (chlorine/bromine and other chemicals), skimming, vacuuming, and tub brushing & filter cleaning as required.
Before Leaving the Home
If exiting the property for extended periods of time, always close the lights and shut off the air-conditioning units to conserve energy. You may use the in-room safes to secure your items.
