Before Using the Hot Tub and Pool
Important notice for guests: Rinsing off before you go to the pool and hot tub could help us clear the water of impurities for you and your crew. Also, don't forget to shower thoroughly using soap and shampoo after using the hot tub, in order to wash off any chemical residue.
Maintenance: The pool and hot tub at this location receive weekly maintenance (every Wednesday) to ensure they remain clean and healthy. This includes chemical balancing (chlorine/bromine and other chemicals), skimming, vacuuming, and tub brushing & filter cleaning as required.
Important: The heating system can only heat either the hot tub or the pool at a time. It is not designed to heat both simultaneously.
Steam Room Usage
To ensure the steam room remains in excellent condition, please remember to keep the power box closed after use. This helps prevent water from entering the box, which could damage the temperature regulators.
The pool is available for heating year-round at no additional cost. During the warmer months, the maximum temperature is approximately 80°F. In winter, due to colder outdoor conditions, the pool typically reaches a maximum of about 70°F.
If you would like the pool heated during your stay, please contact the Concierge team at least 72 hours before arrival. Please note that the pool and hot tub share the same heating system, so only one can be heated at a time.
Please note that we are unable to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs at this property. For security reasons, luggage storage is not available, so please plan your arrival and departure accordingly.
