Understanding Reservations & Payouts

At Wander, we prioritize clarity, transparency, and simplicity in how your earnings are calculated for each reservation.

Fees Applied to Each Reservation

• An 8% management fee is applied to each booking

• A 3% credit card processing fee is applied to applicable components of the reservation

Credit Card Fee Breakdown

• The 3% credit card fee is calculated on:

• Base nightly rate

• Cleaning fee

• Insurance (if applicable)

• This fee does not apply to taxes or additional fees
  
  

How Fees Are Calculated

• The credit card fee is deducted first from the rental revenue

• The management fee is then calculated on the remaining amount

• This ensures you are not charged a management fee on the credit card fee portion
  
  

Estimated Owner Payout

• Your estimated payout is calculated as follows:

• Subtotal + Taxes – Credit Card Fee – Management Fee
  
  

Data & Accuracy

• Wander does not generate or modify taxes or fees

• All figures are directly sourced from your connected PMS, ensuring accuracy and alignment with your existing systems
