Understanding your PMS Integration

Wander partners with leading hospitality property management systems (PMS) to ensure accuracy, consistency, and seamless synchronization across your listings.

Before you begin

  • It's essential to have an active PMS in place prior to onboarding.

  • Your PMS serves as the single source of truth for all listing data.

Your responsibilities

Wander does not manage the following:

  • Listing content and descriptions

  • Pricing and rate strategies

  • Additional fees and charges

  • Taxes and tax configurations

  • Calendar availability

It's your responsibility to ensure all information within your PMS is accurate and up to date at all times.

How synchronization works

Once connected, Wander will automatically pull:

  • Listing name and descriptions

  • Images and videos

  • Calendar availability

  • Pricing and fee structures

  • Tax configurations

This direct integration ensures real-time alignment and 100% data accuracy.

Adding new listings

To publish additional properties on Wander:

  • Assign the relevant unit(s) to the Wander connection within your PMS.

  • Allow up to one hour for the listing to sync.

  • Activate your listing within your Owner Portal to go live.

Updating your listings

To make changes:

  • Update the relevant details directly within your PMS.

  • Allow up to one hour for updates to reflect on Wander.

All changes will automatically sync and display on Wander.com.

Viewing your connected PMS

  • Click on your profile name in the top-left corner of your Owner Portal.

  • Select “View Settings.”

  • Navigate to “PMS Sync.”

Here, you can view:

  • Your connected PMS

  • The number of units currently synced
