In June 2023, Wander listed Wander Big Sur Coast, a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home in Big Sur, California.

The property is a contemporary architectural masterpiece with a mid-century modern vibe and breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean. It sleeps up to 10 and provides guests with a private oasis fully amenitized with a hot tub, movie room, fitness center, poker room, modern workstations and much more.

Before Wander Operated, the homeowners had earned a total revenue of $38,040 during the first 6 months of 2023 from January 1st to June 20th.

After fully outfitting the property with smart home technology, workstations, and an upgraded FF&E package (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) across the home, as well as a personalized marketing launch campaign to drive bookings, the now Wander Operated-home was able to generate $125,000+  in revenue in just the first 30 days of completing the project.
