Wander Direct Booking Accessibility Statement

Wander.com, Inc. (“Wander,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to making the standard Wander direct-booking experience accessible to people with disabilities.

Wander designs and maintains its Wander-controlled direct-booking experience to support conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. Where relevant to customer requirements, Wander may assess the same scoped experience against applicable US Section 508 and European EN 301 549 accessibility criteria.

This statement applies to Wander-controlled components and standard configurations, including:

  • Standard direct-booking templates.
  • Booking search, property-selection, and availability flows.
  • Calendar and booking components.
  • Checkout and payment-interface components controlled by Wander.
  • Booking confirmation pages and standard transactional communications controlled by Wander.

This statement does not automatically apply to:

  • Customer-created, customer-edited, or customer-uploaded website content.
  • Customer customizations outside Wander’s standard configuration.
  • Third-party widgets, plug-ins, payment tools, or integrations not controlled by Wander.
  • Content, functionality, or services hosted outside the Wander-controlled direct-booking experience.

Wander incorporates accessibility considerations into its product-development and quality-assurance processes. Wander may identify accessibility issues through automated testing, manual testing, periodic accessibility reviews, and user feedback. When issues are identified, Wander will assess and prioritize remediation based on the severity of the issue, its impact on users, and the affected functionality.

If you experience an accessibility barrier while using a Wander-controlled direct-booking experience, please contact us at legal@wander.com. Wander will review the request and, where appropriate, provide reasonable assistance or an alternative method of completing the relevant booking task.
