Stock up on supplies with an Aldi and a Spouts supermarket just a 10 minute walk away then shop til you drop at Dania Point shopping mall less than a miles walk where you can catch a movie at the cinema, go bowling then eat out at one of the many restaurants, bars and cafes.
You’ll also find a YouFit Gym to squeeze in a workout with a Starbucks next door so you can refuel for the 10-minute walk home.
You’ll be close to Downtown Fort Lauderdale and the stunning Dania Beach with its popular antique shopping one of its main highlights, as well as quaint restaurants, sports venues, and the famous Dania Beach Pier.
Drive just 10 minutes and enjoy lunch along Las Olas Beach at one of the many waterfront cafes, then shop along the glamorous Blvd.
For a fun night out, drive just 10 minutes to the popular Hard Rock hotel and enjoy the expansive grounds with a 13.5-acre recreational water experience where you can kayak, swim, paddle board, or float in the Bora Bora style lagoon then relax in the gorgeous Rock Spa and Salon.

Walk along the popular Dania Beach Pier (9min drive away), a great spot for boatless fishing, sightseeing or even spending a pleasant afternoon watching the gorgeous Florida sunsets.
Avoid all the traffic and be perfectly located for flying in and out of the city with the airport only a 10-minute drive away making the home perfect for business travellers, corporate getaways and large groups.

The best way to get around is by car with free parking included with your stay or by bus with a stop just a 2-minute walk from your door.

Florida's Brightline train system makes it possible to travel from Fort Lauderdale to West Palm Beach and Miami without a car. Each ride takes about 30 minutes and departs daily every one to three hours, depending on the direction and time of day.

You can see the city by boat with a fleet of water taxis that travel along the Intracoastal and downtown's New River, stopping at 14 points of interest in Fort Lauderdale and the Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort.

If your destination is not near a waterway, Sun Trolley offers routes with stops downtown and along the beach, as well as on Las Olas Boulevard. All routes are free except for the Beach Link and Las Olas Link routes.

For shorter trips around the city, consider reserving a bicycle through the Broward B-cycle bike-sharing program.

Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises.

The payment of an additional $500 security deposit will be required prior to your arrival.

All March reservations will require a $1500 security deposit

If the booking is for local residents, there will be an additional deposit required. If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit. The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that has more than 5 bedrooms. Security deposits can't be paid via Credit card.

Please note that for July 4th holiday bookings, an additional $500 security deposit is required on top of the standard amount; additionally, please be aware that fireworks and parties are strictly prohibited at the property

2-night bookings require an additional security deposit.

Please note that failure to comply with any of house rules could lead to the loss of your security deposit.

There is a $750 fee for smoking inside the house, plus any costs for damaged furniture. Should the next reservation be cancelled due to the smell of smoke, you will be responsible for the cost of that stay

Pool is not heated.
