Tucked into the peaceful Warm Springs Ranch community, this thoughtfully designed three-bedroom condo offers a side of Sun Valley that many visitors never discover. Surrounded by towering pines and steps from the Big Wood River, it combines mountain adventure with the quiet relaxation that makes Warm Springs so special.
The condo is spread across three levels, creating comfortable spaces for families and groups to gather while still offering plenty of privacy.
On the main level, soaring vaulted ceilings and oversized windows fill the living room with natural light. A wood-burning stove creates a cozy mountain atmosphere while the Samsung Frame TV and oversized sectional make it easy to unwind after a day outdoors. Step onto the balcony and enjoy views toward Bald Mountain while taking in the fresh mountain air.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking favorite vacation meals, while the adjacent dining nook invites guests to linger over breakfast, coffee, or evening conversations a little longer than planned. A second balcony just off the kitchen looks directly into the surrounding trees, creating a peaceful setting that feels immersed in nature.
On the first floor, you'll find two guest bedrooms and a shared bathroom with a tub and shower combination. One bedroom features two Twin XL beds that can be converted into a king, while the second bedroom is a fun bunk room with full-size bunk beds, children's books, and access to a private patio surrounded by trees.
The entire upper level is dedicated to the primary suite. This private retreat features a king bed, ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and its own balcony, creating a quiet escape at the end of the day.
While the condo itself is beautiful, the outdoor amenities truly set it apart.
During the summer months, guests enjoy access to a private community pool overlooking the Big Wood River. Lounge beside the water, soak up the sunshine, or simply enjoy the peaceful sounds of the river flowing below. Guests also have direct river access, making it easy to spend afternoons fishing, floating, or exploring one of Sun Valley's most scenic stretches of water.
The Warm Springs Mountain Rides shuttle stop is just a short walk away, providing convenient access to the Warm Springs lifts in only minutes. Downtown Ketchum, restaurants, shopping, hiking trails, and year-round recreation are all a short drive from the property.
Whether you're planning a ski vacation, a summer river getaway, or a relaxing mountain retreat, this Warm Springs condo offers the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and authentic Sun Valley living.
