Lost and found: $25 handling fee plus shipping for returned items.
Long term stays 21 plus days: $50 cleaning fee charged after booking.

Unapproved Late Check-Out:
Guests who remain at the property beyond the designated check-out time without prior approval may be subject to additional charges, up to the cost of an additional night.
