July 4th Holiday: Bookings over the 4th of July require an additional $500 security deposit (on top of the standard amount). Fireworks and parties are strictly prohibited on the property.

Pool Heater Limitations: The external pool heater has operational limits and will not run when the outside temperature drops below 65°F.

No Commercial Use: Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises.
