Pets are welcome with prior approval and additional $125 pet fee. **No pets without prior written approval. If you're bringing a pet, you must follow airbnb's pet rules: dispose of all pet waste properly, never leave pet unattended in the home or backyard, and keep dogs leashed when walking them outside of the home. Please note the following house rules that we have implemented to keep neighbors happy and abide by airbnb's "no party" rules: 1. No music outdoors 2. Loud conversations need to be kept INDOORS 3. If neighbors call with a noise complaint, you get one chance to resolve within 30 minutes. A 2nd call means your reservation will be cancelled without refund and your group will be required to leave. San Diego now requires all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. We do enforce their policy so it must be signed in order to receive checkin info, but we will make it super easy for you to initial and sign :) It can all be done online.
