Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas, including pool, BBQ Grill, free Wi-Fi, limited parking (6 cars only), coffee maker, washer, and dryer.

The neighborhood is a quiet and well-established community with a mix of single-family homes, townhouses, and condos. The neighborhood is close to a number of amenities, including parks, schools, and shopping centers. There are also several restaurants and cafes in the area. The neighborhood is also close to the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport.

Here are some of the ways to get around the area:

-By car: The drive time from downtown Plantation is about 10 minutes. There is also plenty of street parking available in the area.
-By bus: The Broward County Transit bus route 28 stops within a few blocks of the home. The bus runs from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM, seven days a week.
-By taxi or rideshare: There are a number of taxi and rideshare companies that operate in Plantation, including Uber and Lyft.

Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises.

The payment of a standard $1,500 security deposit will be required prior to your arrival. If the booking is for local residents, there will be an additional deposit required. If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit. The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that have more than 5 bedrooms. Security deposits can't be paid via Credit card.

Please note that for July 4th holiday bookings, an additional $500 security deposit is required on top of the standard amount; additionally, please be aware that fireworks and parties are strictly prohibited at the property

There is a $750 fee for smoking inside the house, plus any costs for damaged furniture. Should the next reservation be cancelled due to the smell of smoke, you will be responsible for the cost of that stay

2 night bookings require an additional security deposit.
