It's equipped with a large TV and comfortable seating. The kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with modern appliances, ample counter space, and all the tools you need to create culinary masterpieces. The dining area is conveniently located adjacent to the kitchen and offers a comfortable space for enjoying meals together. The primary bedroom is a private sanctuary, featuring a king-size bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom. The two guest bedrooms offer queen-size beds and comfortable furnishings. The fourth bedroom is perfect for kids with its full over full bunk bed (capable of sleeping 4 children). The two guest bathrooms are well-appointed with all the essentials. Outside, the private pool beckons for a refreshing swim, and the BBQ grill is ready for your cookout. The patio offers comfortable seating for enjoying the Florida sunshine. The garage provides secure parking for your vehicles.
