Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas, including pool, BBQ Grill, free Wi-Fi, limited parking (6 cars only), coffee maker, washer, and dryer.

The neighborhood is a quiet and well-established community with a mix of single-family homes, townhouses, and condos. There are also a number of parks and schools in the area.

Here are some additional tips around the are:

-Grocery stores: There are several grocery stores near you, including The Fresh Market, ALDI, Winn-Dixie, Publix Super Market at Plantation Promenade, and Walmart Neighborhood Market.
-Gas stations: There are also several gas stations near you, including Shell, Mobil, and Chevron.
-Restaurants: There are many restaurants near you, including Quarterdeck Restaurants, El Balcón de las Américas - Sawgrass, Bonefish Grill, La Bamba Mexican and Spanish Restaurant Plantation, and Koume Japan.

Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises.

The payment of a standard $2000 security deposit will be required prior to your arrival. If the booking is for local residents, there will be an additional deposit required. If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit. The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that have more than 5 bedrooms. Security deposits can't be paid via Credit card.

Please note that for July 4th holiday bookings, an additional $500 security deposit is required on top of the standard amount; additionally, please be aware that fireworks and parties are strictly prohibited at the property

There is a $750 fee for smoking inside the house, plus any costs for damaged furniture. Should the next reservation be cancelled due to the smell of smoke, you will be responsible for the cost of that stay

2-night bookings require an additional security deposit.

There is a small fee to have the pool heated.
