Villa Albatross- This gorgeous ground level home located in The Dunes neighborhood of Sanibel features the best of both worlds- Easy on off island access and close proximity to the Sanibel Causeway, Beaches, Restaurants, and Shopping while also maintaining a serene and tranquil disposition far away from it all, with a gorgeous backyard oasis to boot! Featuring three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a completely renovated floorplan as of 2023, guests will find themselves in the lap of luxury while staying with us at Villa Albatross.
This 3/2 pool home is laid out beautifully, with an open floor plan that was redone in 2023. Featuring vaulted ceilings and flooded with light, the living room and kitchen flow together beautifully and come fully equipped and turn key so that guests can walk in and kick their sandals off to luxury and comfort. The bedrooms are laid out as follows- Master bedroom with king bed and en-suite bathroom featuring a walk in shower and single vanity. First Guest bedroom featuring a queen bed and hallway bathroom with walk in shower and single vanity. Second Guest bedroom featuring a trundle bed and a single bed. Located off of the master bedroom is a Florida room, air conditioned with a separate entrance/exit out onto the patio if guests desire to access this room without going through the master bedroom. Ideally this room would function very well as a lockout quarters for adult children or teenagers, as it features a queen sized sleeper sofa and its own entrance off the patio. Guests sleeping in the master bedroom will also find it enjoyable to use as a light filled reading nook or office during their stay.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need to prepare even the most gourmet of meals and features a washer/dryer area directly between it and the garage. The patio and pool area is tranquil and features a large screened in section with sun cover that sits adjacent to the pool, which is located outside of the screened in area and feels extremely open as a result. The pool is heated. All rooms feature smart TVs and high speed Xfinity internet.

Guests have access to the whole house but will not be able to park a car in the garage, as the owners keep their winter vehicle here.
