Some homes just borrow from luxury—this one lives and breathes it.
Tucked on a quiet downtown block with scenic views of Bald Mountain, this three-story residence blends the charm of a classic New York brownstone with the warmth and alpine soul of Sun Valley. From the marble fireplace and walnut cabinetry to the brass fixtures and white oak floors, every square inch has been meticulously designed to feel intentional, elevated, and effortlessly livable.
Step inside on the ground level and you're welcomed by a refined yet cozy entryway. Just off the entry is a spacious king suite with a flatscreen TV, en suite bath, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. Down the hall, a flex room offers space to work or unwind—ideal for movie nights, catching up on emails, or giving the kids their own hangout zone. A mudroom rounds out this level, giving you plenty of room to store ski boots, backpacks, or stashing gear between adventures.
Take the stairs—or your private elevator—up to the heart of the home: a wide-open second-floor living space where design and comfort meet in full. The kitchen is a showstopper, outfitted with high-end appliances and made for meals that last well into the evening. Whether you're prepping dinner or heating up leftovers from Ketchum Grill, the space invites conversation and connection. The dining table seats eight with room for three more at the bar. Just beyond, a plush living area surrounds a marble-clad fireplace with a TV discreetly hidden behind the artwork. French doors open to a private deck with a hot tub and outdoor seating—perfect for morning coffee, après-ski bubbly, or soaking in Baldy's alpenglow.
This level also includes a second primary suite with a king bed, private balcony, en suite bath, and dreamy mountain peek views. On the top floor, two more bedrooms complete the layout—one with two twin beds that can convert into a king (just let us know!), and another king suite with its own private balcony. Every bedroom has its own bathroom and thoughtful touches like clothing storage, blackout shades, and luxe linens.
This home's location is about as central as it gets—without sacrificing an ounce of quiet or privacy. You're a two-minute walk to Starbucks and the free Mountain Rides shuttle that whisks you straight to the lifts. Groceries at Atkinsons? Around the corner. Fiamma for dinner? Stroll to your table. Walk to Main Street events, bike to the Resort, or don't go anywhere at all—because frankly, with a space like this, staying in feels like its own vacation.
Whether you're planning a family getaway, ski retreat, or simply want to experience downtown Ketchum in peak style, this elegant townhome checks every box and then some. Thoughtful, timeless, and right in the heart of it all.
