Please read carefully so you know exactly what you're booking — this is a boutique-hotel-style co-living floor, not a standalone apartment.
Your suite is fully private. Behind your own smart-lock entrance, you have your own private bedroom with a queen bed, a private bathroom with modern finishes, a private kitchenette, a small private living area, and a dedicated workstation. Only you and your guests have access to this space.
Just outside your suite door, on the same floor, there are also beautifully designed shared common areas — a full chef-style kitchen, dining area, living area, and laundry room — which you may share with guests staying in the other suites on this floor. There are 5 private suites total on this floor, each with their own smart-lock entrance, exactly like rooms in a boutique hotel.
The simple way to think about it: your suite is yours alone, and the social/extra spaces on the floor are communal — just like a small boutique hotel.
Inside your private suite (just for you):
Private bedroom with queen bed and hotel-quality linens
Private bathroom with modern finishes and glass-door shower
Private kitchenette with fridge, microwave, induction cooktop, sink, and coffee station — great for breakfast, coffee, and light meals
Small private living/seating area
Dedicated workstation with external monitor
Smart TV
Smart-lock entry — only you have access
The suite has a calm modern boho design with pine green accents, layered textures, live plants, and curated décor throughout.
Shared spaces on your floor (open to all 5 suite guests on the floor):
Full chef-style kitchen with island and full-size appliances — for when you want to cook a proper meal
Shared dining area
Shared living area with comfortable seating
Shared laundry room
These shared spaces are part of what makes the stay feel elevated — like a thoughtfully designed boutique hotel rather than a basic apartment. Most of the time the floor is quiet and you may not see other guests at all, but please book this stay knowing that the common kitchen, dining, and living area are shared.
