Enter through the main front door using a secure smart keypad and step into a space that feels open, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The entire estate has been fully renovated and is designed to feel welcoming and easy to settle into.

Pool & Spa Area
The fully fenced pool and spa area is designed for both relaxation and safety, offering a private resort-style experience. The oversized heated saltwater pool is maintained at a comfortable 88°F with 48 hours’ advance notice. Most of the year this temperature can be maintained; however, during colder winter weather below 55°F, reaching the desired temperature may not always be possible.

For a more indulgent experience, unwind in the luxury Master Spas Twilight hot tub, featuring 37 therapeutic jets and a foot-blaster massage system, heated to 104°F with 8 hours’ prior notice. The pool area is easily accessible from both the backyard and through the pool house, providing convenience for larger groups and seamless indoor-outdoor flow.

For everyone’s safety, children must never be left unattended in the pool area.

Events & Gatherings

The property may be used for events and gatherings, including family celebrations, and corporate retreats, with prior disclosure and host approval.

Guests must notify the host before booking if they plan to host an event. We offer an in-house event planning service that can accommodate events of various sizes. Event fees vary based on the type and scope of the event, please contact us to discuss details.

An event fee applies when an event involves outside vendors, including (but not limited to) rental furniture, external catering, decorators, entertainers, or other third-party services brought onto the property.

Events that use only the home’s existing furniture and kitchen, with no outside vendors, do not require an event fee.

Hosting an undisclosed event or gathering may result in additional charges or other actions permitted under Airbnb’s policies.

House Rules

You are vacationing in a residential community. Please be considerate of our neighbors and keep noise at respectful levels during both daytime and evening hours. Excessive or unreasonable noise may interfere with neighboring properties and is not permitted.

Quiet hours must be observed.
No unauthorized parties or events.
No smoking or vaping is allowed indoors (including tobacco and all vaping products), marijuana or any illegal substances are strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises, and a $500 cleaning fee will be charged if any smoke, vapor, or related odor is detected inside the property.
No pets inside the homes

Insect Precautions: While we regularly treat the property for bugs and insects, please be aware that Florida's sub-tropical climate can attract critters. To minimize this, kindly keep doors closed as a preventive measure

We’d love to host you a little longer, early check-in and late check-out are available for purchase, based on availability.

Refundable Security Deposit

To help maintain the property and ensure a great experience for all guests, a fully refundable $1,000 security deposit is required prior to check-in.
The deposit is only used in the event of property damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, unauthorized guests, smoking, parties, or other violations of the house rules.
Following checkout, the property will be inspected. If no issues are found, the full deposit will be refunded within 48 hours of departure.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us keep the home in excellent condition for future guests.
