The Retreat Near Emory Hospital

The Retreat Near Emory Hospital is a furnished apartment in Decatur, GA, minutes from Emory Decatur Hospital and 2.2 miles from Emory University Hospital. King bed, full kitchen, laundry, fast Wi-Fi, pool, gym and parking. Short, mid and long-term stays for traveling nurses and medical staff, corporate and executive travelers, relocation, insurance housing, film and production crews, and sports and entertainment guests.

The Retreat is a furnished apartment with courtyard views, a king bed, a full kitchen with a coffee maker, kettle and blender, and in-unit laundry. Fresh linens, towels, robes and toiletries are provided, along with high-speed Wi-Fi and TVs with Netflix and other streaming apps. Guests also use the community pool, fitness center and parking. We host short, mid and long-term stays for traveling nurses and medical staff, corporate and executive travelers, relocation, insurance and displacement housing, film and production crews, and sports and entertainment guests.

Guest parking is available in any unreserved space outside the residents' area. MARTA bus service stops nearby, and rideshare is readily available.

Important Guest Information

To ensure a safe, secure, and smooth stay, please review the following:

• Guest Verification:
  All guests are required to upload a valid government-issued ID and a selfie through our secure verification system before check-in. This is necessary to verify your identity, provide your check-in instructions, and register any required vehicle information for parking. Please complete this step as soon as possible to avoid any check-in delays.

• Age Requirement:
  Guests must be 21 years of age or older to book and stay at our properties.

• Noise and Smoke Monitoring:
  Our homes are equipped with noise and smoke detectors. These devices do not record conversations — they only monitor for elevated noise levels and detect smoke to maintain a safe environment.

• Outdoor Security Cameras:
  Exterior cameras are installed around the outside of the property for your safety and protection. These cameras are actively recording and are located outdoors only.

• Smoking Policy:
  Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. If evidence of smoking is found, a $500 fine will be charged.

• Parties and Events:
  We do not allow parties at any of our properties. Production shoots and photo shoots are permitted with prior written approval from the host. Please contact us ahead of time to discuss any production-related needs.
