Captain's Quarters is a charming and unique beach house, with a hidden play-loft for the kiddo's! Newly remodeled- This home has 4 cozy bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms and offers a dazzling kitchen, large dinning table (perfect for families!) and an inviting living room to kick up your feet after a day at the beach, or hanging around the pool. At Captain's Quarters your family will have the time of their life's creating memories sure to leave a lasting impression. Wait until you see the smile on your kids faces when they realize they have a whole secret kids play loft! With plenty of ways to peek down on the grown ups. Kids can safely play and be kids while the rest of the family gathers and enjoys the rest of the homes on-going amenities....

• The home will sleep 14 comfortable, but no more than 8 adults

Master Bedroom- King Bed, Ensuite
Second Bedroom- Bunk Bed (Twin over Full)
Third Bedroom- King Bed
Fourth Bedroom- Queen Bed

Bathrooms:
Master Bath- located in master bedroom, full walk in shower
Second bath - located in hall, walk in shower

𝐍𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐊𝐧𝐨𝐰:

-If the person booking is between ages 18-25 must pay REFUNDABLE damage deposit of $1,000.
-Cameras monitoring north-east corner facing front yard and south-west facing back yard.
-Consider buying travel insurance,
-Following your reservation, you must sign a contract and send a copy of your ID. 𝐖𝐄 𝐃𝐎 𝐍𝐄𝐄𝐃 𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐒𝐄 𝐁𝐀𝐂𝐊 𝐖𝐈𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐍 𝟐𝟒 𝐇𝐎𝐔𝐑𝐒.
-Heated pool is an additional charge of $25 per night

• Dogs are welcome a $150 pet fee per dog.
  -Down payments are either $1000 or 10% of your total (whatever is greater-than)

Essentials:
-Bed linens and bath towels are provided for guests use.
-Basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and garbage bags are also provided to get you started with your stay.
-Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and kitchen ware.

Due to our property insurance requirements, we are unable to accommodate Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, wolves, wolf hybrids, or mixes of these breeds.

Please be advised: Due to our property management account with VRBO, we collect the remaining balance if you are outside the 60-day window after your check-in date and after your down payment has been made. Payment can be made via PayPal with a 4% convenience fee, Zelle with no fee, Venmo with no fee if sent as friends and family, check with no fee, or credit card with a 4% convenience fee (only for the balance not for the initial down payment)
