This unit is located in the residential tower called Peace, living up to its name with a wonderfully quiet and serene atmosphere, offering a true retreat.
PARKING AND APPLICATION
Each rental is subject to the additional $150 application fee and $35 fee per night per car for the parking. The monthly parking rate is $550. You would need to pay these fees on top of the total price for the rental.
SPA AND OTHER AMENITIES
Guests have pay-per-use access to all spa facilities, restaurants and bars.
Complimentary amenities include beach access with chairs, umbrellas and towels, as well as full access to the residential pool. You will also have access to the resident fitness center.
You are also welcome to join any fitness class offered by the resort. To view the schedule, please visit amritocean website and select “Fitness Schedule.” No reservation is required, simply stop by the spa desk and let them know you’d like to participate.
PETS
If the home is not indicated as pet friendly, DO NOT bring pets. Otherwise only small pets are allowed. Each pet must be approved and registered. If not registered, the security deposit will be forfeited in full. Many homes have outside cameras and if a pet is seen, you will be asked to remove the pet and will be fined $500 for additional cleaning. Please be respectful of the owner's wishes regarding pets, often people have allergies or don't wish to have animals in their home. If our inspector finds evidence of a pet on your departure, you will also be fined $500 for additional cleaning.
If you were allowed to bring pets, you’re responsible to keep the property clean of any hair, urine and other signs of pet presence. Pets are not allowed on any furniture or the rugs and have to be crated if you’re leaving them alone. A lot of pets leave odor on the items. If we find any signs of pets on the items, you will be responsible for the entire cost of the item replacement.
SEA TURTLE NESTING SEASON
Sea Turtle Nesting Season runs annually from March 1 through October 31.
During this period, all lighting must be managed between sunset and sunrise to prevent disorientation of nesting turtles.
Ensure that balcony and unit lights are turned off when not in use after dark. Keep curtains or shades closed after sunset.
Non-compliance may result in substantial fines being levied against the responsible unit renter.
PARTIES & EVENTS
At this time, we do not allow parties or events. This is a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictates quiet hours 10pm-8am every day, no loud music, noise, or partying ever.
The territory is strictly supervised, any events or celebrations are prohibited, it’s only for family vacation and quiet enjoyment.
While the neighbors are aware of our Airbnb, they aren't very tolerant of excessive noise and partying.
By booking our property you agree that if the police are called for excessive noise, partying, or other reasons you will be charged $500 and will subject to non-refundable cancellation of the remainder of your reservation.
PARKING
There is a dedicated parking space. We recommend no parking on the street.
POOL & SWIMMING
There is no lifeguard on duty. The property, its owners and agents of the property, will not be held liable for accidents, pool-related, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries.
KEY FOBS
Two key fobs in the unit shall provide guests access to the elevator. It mus be placed on the kitchen counter upon check-out. Lost key fobs shall be replaced costing $100 per fob.
SMOKING & DRUGS
No smoking is permitted inside the property or in common areas. Smoking is permitted outdoors away from other people, but guests must dispose ash and cigarette butts properly. Cigarette butts may not be discarded in the landscaping, in the pool, or on the ground. No electronic cigarette smoking is permitted indoors.
No illegal drugs are permitted to be stored or used at any time.
OTHER
Please do not touch paintings and turn off lights when not needed.

FINAL THOUGHTS
Please understand that these are not FPB rules, but the Owner, Community, Town and County strictly enforce these as will FPB. These rules are intended to ensure the harmonious existence between visitors and full-time residents. Violations will result in towing, ticketing and/or fines without warning during or after the stay.
Some homes have outdoor cameras to monitor guest violations in an effort to protect the homeowner's rights to continue to rent. Any tampering of these devices will result in guest fines.
