This beautiful home is located within the Pocono Country Place HOA community. By HOA guidelines, all guests are required to complete a registration form within 24 hours of booking. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the reservation.

  🎥 Security: An exterior camera is installed, used solely to monitor our cleaning team for quality assurance and security purposes.
  🚗 Parking: Parking is available in the driveway for up to three cars. The home is located in a secure, gated community.
  🔞 Age Requirement: Guests must be 21 years or older to book this property.

  🏊‍♂️ Community Amenities:
  -Guests have access to two shared, unheated community pools.
  -To use the community amenities, guests must purchase a Community Amenity Pass ($12 per person, per day).
  -Seasonal amenities, including the pools, are open from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend.
• All guests are required to provide registration details including ID and vehicle info (if applicable) within 24 hours of booking

GUEST VERIFICATION:
To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation.

Prior to check-in, guests may also be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions and, on certain booking platforms, providing a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before arrival.

Included with your booking is our damage waiver coverage, which helps protect against accidental, self-reported damage during your stay when reported prior to check-out.
