Please note: Reaching the second floor requires using the exterior steps, as there is no indoor elevator. Step outside into the ocean breeze each time you move between floors!

📜 Important House Rules
We want every guest to have a wonderful stay! Please review our rules before booking:

No Parties or Events: Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is meant strictly for peaceful gatherings.

No Smoking: Smoking inside or near doors is strictly prohibited. A $750 smoking fee plus repair/odor-removal costs will apply to any violations.

Commercial Photography/Video: Commercial video recording, photo shoots, and content creation are strictly forbidden.

No Driving on Grass. Vehicles must remain on the paved driveway at all times. A $5,000 fine will be strictly enforced for driving or parking on the grass due to the risk of severe damage to the septic system.

Security Deposit: A $500 refundable security deposit is required prior to check-in (cannot be paid via credit card).
