THE SPACE
From the moment you walk through the front door, your eyes are immediately drawn toward the wall of windows framing the mountains beyond. Natural light fills the home throughout the day, while warm white oak finishes, custom log furnishings, and carefully selected details create an inviting mountain retreat that feels both refined and comfortable.
The living room is designed for gathering. Curl up beside the gas fireplace on crisp mountain mornings, stream your favorite movies on the oversized 84-inch LED backlit Smart TV, or simply relax while taking in the ever-changing mountain scenery through the expansive windows.
The kitchen is intentionally designed to maximize functionality without sacrificing style. Granite countertops provide generous workspace, a built-in microwave keeps counters open, and the fully stocked kitchen has everything needed to prepare everything from a quick breakfast before hiking to a family dinner after a day exploring Bryson City. A dedicated coffee and wet bar makes mornings easier and evenings even better.
With seating for up to 10 guests between the dining table and kitchen island, everyone can comfortably gather for meals, conversations, and game nights.
OUTDOOR LIVING
Outside is where Rocky Face Mountain Hideaway truly earns its name.
Begin your morning with coffee while layers of mountain fog slowly roll through the valleys below. Spend the afternoon reading in an Adirondack chair, grilling dinner on the covered propane grill, or simply enjoying the fresh mountain air from one of the home's multiple covered and uncovered decks.
As evening arrives, slip into the hot tub beneath the stars before gathering around the string-lit fire pit for s'mores, laughter, and stories that seem to come a little easier in the mountains.
One of the most peaceful spots on the property is just outside the lower-level master suite, where French doors open onto a private gravel porch—an ideal place to enjoy a quiet morning book or simply soak in the incredible views before the rest of the house wakes up.
