Amazing Vacation Home in Lake Berkley Resort, located within 15 minutes of Walt Disney World. 5 bedroom/3 bathroom, with 2 Master Bedrooms and gorgeous heated swimming pool, extended decking on a South facing lot.
The home has an open plan feel on a single story lay out. From the open plan kitchen/dining /living area are views over the private pool, with a large deck which is ideal for relaxing with family and friends. 
The 5 bedrooms in the home can accommodate ten guests in 2 king beds, 1 queen and 4 twin beds. A separate dining area is perfect for get togethers around the table. There are 3 full bathrooms. This home has all you need for a relaxing and comfortable vacation.
Lake Berkley offers a beautiful clubhouse, large community swimming pool, spa, kiddie splash area, fitness centre, tennis courts or if you fancy it, a walk to the lake to sit in the sand and just relax. Restaurants and shopping are less than two miles from the 24 hour guard gated community. 
Baby crib and highchair are available within the home for guest use. 

Please note that our properties are self catering and so guests will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. To help get you started there will be 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods and 2 spare trash liners. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs. Pool and spa heat (if applicable) can be added at a charge of $35 per day.
