The entrance for the Airbnb is on the right side of the house, you will see the stairs.
Parking is readily available on the street. Feel free to temporarily use our driveway for unloading your car, but please ensure you don’t block the mailbox, allowing the mailman easy access. If there's space, please park between the tree and the small fence. Alternatively, you can find parking spots across the street. Just remember not to park to the right of the driveway, as there's a fire hydrant located there.
The check-in process is simple and convenient with a lockbox providing you access to the door.

Known for its family-friendly atmosphere, Concord is a known spot for community events, farmers' markets, and live music. Nature enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to Mt. Diablo State Park with panoramic views and hiking trails. Concord is an excellent gateway to Napa Valley wine country, making it a great location for those seeking a mix of outdoor adventure, great food, and easy access to the broader Bay Area.
Getting around Concord is convenient, whether you prefer to drive, use public transit, or walk. Our property is perfectly located with easy access to major highways, making driving a breeze. For those who prefer public transit, the BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) station is just a short distance away, providing efficient travel throughout the Bay Area, including direct routes to San Francisco and Oakland. There is also a reliable bus system running throughout the city for local destinations.
We have a few rules in place that we appreciate that you follow:

Just a heads up, I’m a beekeeper, so there are beehives nearby. However, the bees are quite friendly, and no guests have ever been stung, so don’t worry. Guests have been known to receive free honey though 😊
