Recently remodeled from top to bottom, it's built for easy, memorable beach vacations.

You're close enough to hear the occasional seagull arguing with another seagull about absolutely nothing, but far enough away to enjoy a peaceful evening on the deck. Need groceries, bait, ice, or supplies for an impromptu beach picnic? Everything is just a short drive away.

When you're ready to explore, you'll find local seafood spots, beach bars, live music, fishing charters, and family-friendly attractions nearby. Margaritaville is just minutes away, and one of Crystal Beach's best features is that you can actually drive onto the sand, making beach days remarkably convenient for anyone hauling chairs, coolers, umbrellas, kids, or all four at the same time.

Whether you're here to fish, relax, build sandcastles, hunt for seashells, or simply stare at the Gulf while doing absolutely nothing productive, Crystal Beach is exceptionally good at helping people slow down and enjoy themselves.

For most places on the peninsula, you'll want a vehicle. Restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and attractions are all just a short drive away, but they're spread out enough that walking everywhere would quickly turn into an unexpected fitness program.

One of the best parts of Crystal Beach is that vehicles are allowed directly on the beach with a valid beach parking permit, so loading up chairs, coolers, umbrellas, and beach gear is much easier than carrying everything by hand. Golf carts are also a popular way to get around and can be rented locally. Many visitors use them to cruise the neighborhood, head to the beach, or make quick trips around the area. Whether you choose a car, truck, or golf cart, getting around here is less about traffic and more about deciding which beach access road to take.

House Rules

• Maximum occupancy is 9 guests.
• Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Additional visitors must be approved in advance.
• No parties, events, large gatherings, or unauthorized guests.

Smoking & Left Behind Items

• Smoking, vaping, and the use of any tobacco, marijuana, or similar products is strictly prohibited inside the home.

• Evidence of smoking inside the property, including odors, ashes, cigarette butts, or other smoking-related residue, will result in an additional cleaning fee to cover odor removal and deep cleaning.

• Before checking out, please double-check the home for personal belongings. If items are left behind and you would like them returned, we are happy to assist; however, a $50 handling fee plus the actual shipping cost will be charged before the item is shipped.

• The charcoal grill may only be used in the downstairs patio area.
• Grilling on the upstairs deck is strictly prohibited and violates Galveston County fire regulations.
• Never leave the grill unattended while in use.

Check-In & Access

• You will receive a lockbox code before arrival for self check-in.
• If a key is lost, the access code is forgotten, or you are unable to enter after all access options have been exhausted, guests are responsible for any locksmith, re-key, labor, parts, call-out, or after-hours fees. A reimbursement request will be submitted with a copy of the receipt.
• If the issue is caused by a lock malfunction, smart lock failure, or host error, we will cover the cost.

Beach Life Tips

• Bring bug spray. Crystal Beach mosquitoes are legendary, and not in a good way.
• After visiting the beach, please rinse off sand using the sand shower or available water hoses.
• Leave sandy shoes on the deck by the front door whenever possible.

Septic & Plumbing

• Do not flush feminine hygiene products, wipes, paper towels, or anything other than toilet paper.
• Do not pour grease, oil, or food scraps down the drains.
• Damage caused by misuse of the septic system may result in additional charges.

Parking

• Park on the driveway only.
• Please use caution when parking and avoid hitting the house pilings.

Damage & Maintenance

• Accidents happen. If something is broken or damaged during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible.
• We understand that normal wear and tear occurs, but guests may be responsible for repairs or replacement costs resulting from negligent, reckless, or intentional damage.

Security & Departure

• Please lock all doors when leaving the property and at checkout.
• If guests are asked to leave due to irresponsible behavior, violations of house rules, illegal activity, or excessive disturbances, no refund will be provided for unused nights.

Respect the Home

• Please treat this home with the same care and respect you would want someone to show your own home.

Weather Policy

• If your trip must be canceled due to a mandatory tropical storm or hurricane evacuation order, a full refund will be provided.
• If a mandatory evacuation occurs during your stay, you will receive a refund for any unused nights.

Liability

• Guests assume all responsibility for themselves and members of their group while on the property.
• Owners are not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
• By accepting this reservation, guests acknowledge and assume all risks associated with their use of the property and its amenities.

• Crystal Beach does not have lifeguards on duty.
• Swimming and beach activities are at your own risk.
• Children should be supervised at all times near water.
