The Two King Suites
Both king bedrooms are on the third floor with full en-suite bathrooms and walk-in closets. For two couples traveling together, this means complete privacy on the same floor: your own king bed, your own bathroom, and your own closet space. The master suite adds a soaking tub plus a separate shower room and a Smart TV. The second king bedroom has its own private balcony off the back of the building.

You are in Five Points, the hub of East Nashville, with locally owned restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, and boutiques within walking distance. Nissan Stadium is one mile away for Titans games and major concerts. Broadway and downtown are 1.5 miles, typically five to eight minutes by rideshare. The Gulch is five minutes. Riverfront Park and the Cumberland River Greenway are just across the bridge. Shelby Park and Shelby Bottoms are a short drive for trails and river access.
Parking and Check-In
Private driveway fits two cars. First-come first-served street parking is available on North 9th Street. Check-in is fully contactless via smart lock. Your door code is sent before arrival. A guest agreement is required prior to receiving instructions. We are available by message or phone throughout your stay.
