Enjoy the use of a French door refrigerator/freezer with in-door water and ice dispenser, a range with cooktop and oven, dishwasher, and microwave. Little details like a hot beverage maker, toaster, and tea kettle enhance the experience.

An opening above the sink overlooks the family room, allowing the cook to view the TV. A bar-height dining table with four stools in a sunny bay window is perfect for casual meals and snacks.

The family room, designed for mingling, includes a built-in wet bar with a mini-fridge for wine, countertop, cabinets, and a wine rack. Sink into the plump L-shaped sofa and watch the TV mounted above the fireplace. French doors lead directly to the outdoor patio, blending indoor and outdoor living seamlessly.

The patio, a long covered space, features an outdoor dining table for six and a nearby grill for fresh, fire-to-plate meals. Beyond the patio, enjoy a backyard built for fun: swim in the pool, lounge on full-length chairs, or relax in Adirondack chairs. Golfers can practice on the mini putting green in a petite grove of palm trees.

A weatherproof box contains pool toys, and there are cornhole games on the tidy turf. Enjoy atmospheric evenings around the firepit in cushioned chairs. The yard is enclosed by a privacy wall, providing seclusion.

On the ground floor, a bedroom with a queen bed, closet, ceiling fan, and TV is ideal for guests who prefer to avoid stairs. A nearby full bath, finished in white marble, features a step-in shower and separate sink area for privacy.

Upstairs, the stunning primary bedroom suite with a peaked ceiling includes a private bath with a two-person, glass-enclosed shower, twin shower heads, and a lengthy vanity with two sinks. The handsomely furnished bedroom is brightened by a picture window and includes a king size bed, two nightstands, a dresser, a TV, and an armchair.

Three additional bedrooms on this level include two with queen size beds, TVs, and ceiling fans, one with a jumbo closet for ample storage. The spacious kids’ bedroom has a dormitory feel with a bunk bed, full-size mattresses, an additional free-standing full bed, a picture window, and a walk-in closet with organizing fixtures. Kids can enjoy their own TV and a desk for gaming or work.

A full bath in the hall features a combination shower/tub and an extra-long vanity with twin sinks, ensuring plenty of space for everyone.

The pool can be heated to about 20-25 degrees above the ambient temperature. Please keep in mind that when the weather is cooler, pool may not be as warm as you might expect. For example, if the ambient nightly temperature is only 55 degrees, then the pool might heat up to 75-80 degrees. We recommend pool heating in the months between October to May each year. We recommend a minimum 3-day notice before your arrival if you’d like the pool to be heated. Pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay.

The home includes a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, allowing you to pack light and wash as you go. Hotel-grade linens are professionally laundered after each visit, ensuring clean, fresh bedding and towels.

Heated Pool | Cooler Month Guidelines
The pool heater can typically maintain the water temperature at approximately 20–25° above the outside air temperature. For example, if overnight lows are around 55°F, the pool may reach 75–80°F.
Please note that during the cooler months (October–May, especially November–March), temperatures can drop quickly after sunset — even following warm, sunny days. Because of this, the pool may not feel as warm as expected during colder weather.
To help maintain comfortable swimming temperatures, the pool cover must remain on whenever the pool is not in use. The cover prevents heat loss caused by evaporation, which is the primary reason pools cool down overnight. If left uncovered, the pool temperature can drop significantly and may not fully recover the next day.
We require a minimum 3-day notice prior to arrival if you’d like the pool heated. Please note that pool heating must be reserved for the entire duration of your stay.

Type of Cooling for the Home
Central AC units are best kept at 74 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 74 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it.

   This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited.
