Wharfside Watch is a NEW oceanfront retreat in Blue Hill, Maine, where timeless coastal beauty meets modern comfort. Salt air drifts through sunlit rooms, and air conditioning throughout the home keeps every space cool and comfortable. Watch the tides roll in from your windows, savor unhurried mornings by the water, and end each day wrapped in the calm of the coast. Just under 10 minutes to downtown Blue Hill and less than an hour's scenic drive to Acadia National Park.

Please note that this home is located next to an active working wharf, and guests can expect ongoing boat activity and water traffic throughout the day. Please note that a few areas of the home are reserved for owner storage and are not accessible to guests. These areas include the first room on the left, the garage, the basement, the area under the master bedroom, and the balcony. We kindly ask that guests respect these restricted spaces. Additionally, the woodstove is not available for guest use.
